The team between
the rack and the product
8purple designs, builds and operates the stack beneath modern products — GPU clusters, hybrid clouds, LLM pipelines and the software your customers actually touch. One team, so the hand-offs that usually burn months simply don't exist.
Why we exist
Most AI initiatives don't fail on the model — they fail in the seams: between the data team and the platform team, between a clever prototype and a system that survives production, between the GPU bill and the budget. Those seams exist because the modern stack is usually split across vendors and departments that don't share an on-call rota.
We built 8purple to remove the seams. The same engineers who rack the GPUs design the retrieval pipeline, write the deployment manifests and answer the pager. When one team owns the path from power and cooling to the product feature, accountability stops being a diagram and starts being a habit.
Principles we don't trade away
Smallest thing that works
We pick the simplest architecture that does the job — and only add complexity when the workload has earned it.
Evaluation before features
AI systems ship behind evaluation harnesses: golden datasets, faithfulness checks, drift monitoring. No vibes-driven launches.
Reversible by default
Every change goes through CI, gets a live preview and can be rolled back. Production never depends on someone being careful.
Own the knowledge transfer
We embed with your engineers and leave them owning the platform — paved roads, not locked doors.
What we practice
Six disciplines, deliberately kept under one roof:
- Applied AI & LLM solutions
- Data center & GPU infrastructure
- Software development
- Blockchain engineering
- DevSecOps & platform
- Cloud & hybrid operations
The detailed breakdown — with how engagements are structured — lives on the services section of the home page.
